Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents were Russian and a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. In her early teens Annat Mahendru choreographed, and performed a dance which led to the honor of a German TV appearance. The show included a snow maiden from Russia who transformed into a fun Indian dancer. She finished high school at the age of 11 in New York and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. After school she took acting classes in the HB Studio, but she quit to pursue improvisation classes with The Groundlings School taking on several comedy shows afterward. She was raised in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru, and Russian-speaking mom Olga. At the age of 13 when her parents split up, they moved her from Kabul Afghanistan, to East Meadow New York. Keri Russell as well as Matthew Rhys star in FX's The Americans. Television actress who is best known for her portrayal of the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. She played a recurring character in Fox's The Following, and NBC's The Blacklist.
